I’m a coach, a creative strategist, and a woman evolving from one chapter of my life to another, just like so many of the brilliant people I work with. I’ve spent years guiding others through change, complexity, and reinvention—but this time, I decided to build a space that could hold you and me both, gently and honestly.

Gentle Rewilding is a life-coaching experience I wrote by hand and heart, woven from my own journey, stitched with care, and shaped by my training in futures thinking, design strategy, and emotional resilience. Every module, metaphor, and creative tool was designed to help you hear your own inner voice again… and follow it into what's next.

What is Gentle Rewilding?

Life Coaching with a Difference 

Most life coaching follows a familiar path:

  • Clarify where you are

  • Set goals for where you want to go

  • Build steps to get there

Gentle Rewilding honors this structure, but takes it further. We borrow from the tools of futures thinking and design to open up more possibilities, spark creativity, and give you a process that’s both practical and transformative. We also find that this method gives its participants new skills that translate into the professional as well as the personal sphere. 

How It Works

1. Where You Are Now

Life Coaching: Identify challenges, strengths, and current habits.

Gentle Rewilding: We start with a personal inventory, mapping your present life as a “landscape,” noticing patterns, strengths, and limiting stories. Tools from the world of design thinking and futures thinking like thinking in systems, looking at inner voices and understanding how to flex your design muscles (no photoshop needed) help you see the bigger picture.

2. Where You Want to Go

Life Coaching: Define goals and KPIs and envision a better future.

Gentle Rewilding: Instead of just one future, we explore many. Using tools like the Futures Triangle (revisited and made softer) and creative prompts, you’ll “try on” different versions of your future, through avatars, collages, or prototypes. This sparks new ideas about who you might become. And the outputs are visual as well as textual. A picture as we know speaks a thousand words! 

3. How You’ll Get There

Life Coaching: Break down goals into steps and action plans.

Gentle Rewilding: We use creative experiments to design bridges between today and tomorrow. You’ll test small actions, adjust, and evolve with a sense of play and curiosity not pressure.

4. Who Walks Beside You

Life Coaching: Your coach offers accountability and support.

Gentle Rewilding: You get a co-creator and ally, someone who challenges, cheers, and creates with you. The process is never just about ticking boxes, but about reimagining how you move through the world.

Instead of leaving with just a checklist or diagram or nothing tangible, you leave with:
