The Staff Meeting podcast came to me during a wait at Newark Airport, on my way to run crafting workshops in Dubai.

What if I, ever shy, and ever hesitant to put myself out there, could host something ludic, a bit leftfield. Something which didn't demand lighting and camera and AI facelifts, and yet could bring to life this beautiful project, and warmly show how I, as designer, tackle the themes and prompts we cover in Gentle Rewilding.

I'm not enough of a believer in my own magic (yet) to think that my own monologue would make interesting listening.

However, pleased as I was with the emerging cast of AI characters I was designing, I suddenly thought, how might Gentle Rewilding and its band of scruffy, thrown together 'inner voices' come to life in a staff meeting? What would be the staff meeting of my own life if I could run one?

And here we are! I hope you feel heard, seen, and somehow strangely reflected in these episodes, all of which I designed myself, but with of course help from my motley crew of AI sidekicks!
